Features of the Upward-Installed Eccentric Ball Valve

The characteristics of the top-mounted eccentric ball valve are as follows:

Seals (Valve Seats, Valve Balls) - Dual-metal construction for hard metal spherical ring seal, fireproof and explosion-proof.

The sealing is tight, with the valve core and seat sealed through spherical line contact, achieving zero leakage with the help of a three-dimensional eccentricity.

The valve core of the sealing pair is designed with a compensation amount. When the sealing pair wears after prolonged use of the valve, simply loosen the limit bolt on the handwheel side, and turn it slightly during closure to achieve reliable sealing and extend the service life.

By removing the clamping sleeve, the valve seat can be adjusted or replaced, allowing the valve to continue in use, thus avoiding the drawback of having to discard the entire valve after many valves fail to seal properly.

The globe valves are categorized into six series based on their applications: General Valves, Pipeline Valves, Slurry-Specific Valves, Gas-Specific Valves, Petrochemical-Specific Valves, and Coal Powder Atomizing-Specific Valves. They come in three transmission methods: manual, pneumatic, and electric, with eight pressure ratings (PN0.25～10.0Mpa) and hundreds of specifications (40～1000).
