2. Working Principle: The key function of a bidirectional flow valve is to seal effectively under both forward and reverse pressure conditions, even when reverse pressure exceeds forward pressure. When forward pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate forward, causing the valve stem to deform. The sealing surface of the valve plate is in close contact with the sealing surface of the valve seat, transferring pressure to push the valve seat against the body step for a good seal. When reverse pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate backward, causing the valve stem to deform again. Simultaneously, the medium pressure also pushes the valve seat backward, with the sealing surface of the valve seat in close contact with the sealing surface of the valve plate to transfer pressure and ensure a good seal.
