Fiberglass Pultruded Profiles

Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) extruded profiles come in various types, including round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, round bars, and I-beams.

Extruded fiberglass profiles are primarily composed of resins and glass fibers (including fabrics, felts, etc.). They are reinforced with fibers (such as glass fibers, carbon fibers, organic fibers, and other metallic and non-metallic fibers) and bonded with resins (mainly epoxy resins, polyester resins, and phenolic resins). They are further compounded with auxiliary materials (mainly including release agents, hardeners, catalysts, sealants, UV stabilizers, mold cleaning water, and vinyl coatings, etc.). These profiles boast a series of excellent properties such as high heat resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low density, low moisture absorption, minimal elongation, and good insulation.
