The flotation machine is a commonly used wastewater treatment equipment in the wastewater treatment industry, capable of effectively removing suspended solids, oils, and gummy substances from wastewater, serving as the main equipment for preliminary wastewater treatment.

Principle: The dissolved air tank produces dissolved air water, which is then depressurized and released into the water to be treated through a release valve. The air dissolved in the water is released, forming tiny bubbles of 20-40um. These microbubbles combine with suspended solids in the wastewater, making the suspended solids lighter than water and causing them to float to the surface to form scum. A scraper system is available on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge pond. Clear water enters the clear water pond from the bottom through an overflow channel.

Application Scope: Used for removing solid suspended matter, oils, and various gelatinous substances from wastewater, such as in the sewage treatment of petrochemical, coal mining, papermaking, dyeing and printing, slaughtering, brewing, and other industrial enterprises; also for recovering useful substances, such as collecting fine fibers from papermaking white water.
