Water Jacket Heater: Used to automatically heat the cooling fluid of the unit when single-phase AC power is connected, the unit is in standby, the device automatically detects the cooling fluid temperature, and heats automatically when the set temperature is reached. The heater stops heating when the temperature rises to 55°C, and the heater power supply is 220V. It is crucial to turn off the water jacket heater when the unit is running to prevent damage to the heater. Dazai has already designed a function to automatically cut off the heater power supply in the control circuit. Anti-Condensation Heater: An additional anti-condensation heater is installed when the unit is used in a high humidity environment, powered by the unit's pneumatic battery. Air Preheater: An air preheater is specifically used to heat the air entering the combustion chamber to increase the startup success rate when the motor starts. Once the unit reaches normal operation and the startup motor has been turned off, the air preheater will automatically stop, and its power supply is typically the unit's startup battery.

Installation Notice:

1. Generator sets must be installed in well-ventilated areas. The generator end should have sufficient intake air openings, while the machine end should have good exhaust air outlets. The exhaust opening area should be more than 1.5 times larger than the water tank area.

2. The installation site of the generator set should be kept clean, and items that produce corrosive gases and vapors such as acidic and alkaline substances should be avoided nearby. Fire extinguishing equipment should be provided if possible.

3. For indoor use, ensure the exhaust pipe extends outdoors, with a diameter ≥ the exhaust pipe diameter of the silencer. Avoid more than 3 bends in the connected pipe to ensure smooth exhaust flow, and incline the pipe downward by 5-10 degrees to prevent rainwater from entering. If the exhaust pipe is installed vertically upwards, add a rain shield.
