Waterstop Air Bags for pipelines are made of reinforced natural rubber. Each waterstop air bag undergoes testing at 1.5 times its rated working pressure and under the corresponding pipe diameter before delivery. To ensure the structural strength of the pipeline sealing air bags, we use a safety factor three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealers.

Construction Method:

The working principle of pipeline water stopper bags is to use rubber-made pipeline sealing bags that expand through inflation. Once the internal gas pressure of the water stopper bag reaches the specified requirement, the bag fills the entire pipeline cross-section. The friction between the wall of the pipeline sealing bag and the pipeline stops the leakage, achieving the goal of no water leakage within the target pipeline section.
