Therefore, when installing, tighten the pump screws but do not tighten the motor screws (leave them slightly loose). Wait for the pump to operate normally for 30 minutes (or until the oil temperature reaches 200 degrees) and stabilize, then shut down and re-calibrate the concentricity of the coupling (pump balancing), as detailed in our installation manual.
