Shut off the valves at the pipeline inlets and outlets, wait for the pump body temperature to drop, then unscrew the oil drain screw of the pump body to completely release the heat transfer oil.

Remove the four bolts from the motor.

Separate the motor and pump coupling.

Remove the connecting bolts between the pump body and cover, then take out the pump.

Remove the impeller bolt and disassemble the impeller with a puller.

Remove the bolts between the pump cover and the bearing housing.

Remove the pump coupling.

Remove the bearing cap.

8. Separate the shaft, a bearing, and the bearing housing (pull the shaft towards the coupling direction).

Remove the other bearing from the bearing housing.

Tap the oil seal out towards the coupling direction.
