Operating Principle
The solid material is crushed to a certain particle size, then lifted vertically into the storage hopper by a hoist. The electromagnetic vibration feeder then feeds the material into the main machine in a quantitative and uniform continuous manner for grinding. The powdered material is blown out by a blower and extracted by a classifier placed above the main machine for grading. The finely ground powder that meets the specifications is carried by the airflow into a large cyclone collector, collected, and discharged through the powder outlet as finished product. The airflow enters the blower through the return pipe at the top of the large cyclone collector. The entire air distribution system operates in a closed-loop and under a negative pressure condition.
Due to moisture content in the material being ground, which evaporates into gas during the grinding process, and the introduction of some air during the feed, the air volume in the circulating air path increases. The excess air enters the dust collector through the exhaust duct at the front of the blower, along with the fine dust carried by the exhaust air, which is then collected by the dust collector. The clean gas separated by the dust collector is released into the atmosphere.
