This series of jaw crushers features large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and economical operation costs. The jaw crushers are widely used in many industries such as mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical industry, where the compressive strength to be crushed does not exceedMaterials ranging from 320 MPa.
Usage and Application Scope
1. This series of crushers is primarily used in metallurgy, mining, chemicals, cement, construction, refractory materials, and ceramics industries for medium and fine crushing of various medium-hard ores and rocks.
2. This series of crushers is suitable for crushing various soft and hard ores with compressive strength not exceeding 300MPa (megapascals), and the large particle size of the crushed material must not exceed the specifications in the technical parameters table.
Operating Principle
This series of crushers operates through oscillating extrusion. The working principle is as follows: The motor drives a belt and pulley, which, through an eccentric shaft, causes the moving jaw to move up and down. As the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw increases, pushing the jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, thereby crushing or splitting the material to achieve the crushing goal. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases, and under the action of the pull rod and spring, the jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate. At this point, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic movements to crush and expel the material, enabling batch production.
