Principle of Vacuum Low-Temperature High-Risk Wastewater Evaporator:
Through the conversion of internal vacuum systems, distillation pots, exchange systems, and the equipment's own thermal energy system, the high-risk wastewater feedstock is subjected to heat exchange. This causes the feedstock to vaporize at 25~35°C, after which it is recycled and reused. The remaining feedstock is discharged from the outlet once it reaches the set concentration. The entire system is controlled via a human-machine interface with computer control, ensuring full automation, ease of operation, and stable performance.
