1. The arrangement of the shot-blasting chamber and shot blasters for the steel structure shot blasting machine has been determined through computerized 3D dynamic shot projection simulation. We use the QX30DS direct-coupled overhead arm centrifugal shot blaster with a high shot projection speed.
The shot blasting cabinet is constructed with 8mm thick steel plates, forming a box-like structure that is highly rigid and vibration-free. The interior is protected with cast steel Mn13 baffles (with a single-shift lifespan of 2-3 years), which are joined with stop grooves, effectively extending the cabinet's service life and maximizing the use of the shot's rebound for secondary cleaning.
2. The front and rear sealed compartments utilize 8 leaf spring V-shaped sealing devices for effective ball splash prevention, and reduce wear and tear on the components' sealing surfaces. The remaining sealing layers are made with high-wear-resistant rubber plates.
3. To minimize friction during the descent of pellets, buffer angle irons are included on the hopper.
4. To prevent parts from running off track during the feeding process, stoppers are installed at both ends of the roller conveyor. The number of shot blasters can be determined based on the size of the parts, which helps reduce unnecessary energy waste and minimize unnecessary damage to the equipment.
5. The丸 feeding system utilizes a unique pneumatic丸 feeding gate valve and workpiece photoelectric detection to prevent丸s from being thrown without impact.
