The shot blasting machine for steel structures is mainly used in the manufacturing industries of steel plates, metal components, machine tool beds, steel (cast iron) products, grid structures, construction machinery, and bridges. It applies a strong shot blasting to the original surface of steel, removing rust and oxidation scales, resulting in a uniform and consistent metallic luster. This enhances the coating quality and corrosion resistance of the steel. With the increasing severity of the country's penalties on environmental pollution, pickling cleaning has been gradually phased out by the market, and the steel structure shot blasting machine will find more and more applications across various industries.
Product Features
1. The arrangement of the shot-blasting chamber and shot blasters for the steel structure shot-blasting machine has been determined through computer 3D dynamic projection simulation. A directly connected overhead arm centrifugal shot blaster with a high projection speed of QX30DS is used.
The shot blasting chamber body is constructed from 8mm thick steel plate welding into a box-like structure, offering high strength without vibration. Internally, it features cast steel Mn13 protective plates (with a single-shift lifespan of 2-3 years), which are joined with stoppers to effectively extend the lifespan of the chamber and make full use of the ball's rebound for secondary cleaning.
2. The front and rear sealed compartments utilize 8 leaf spring V-shaped sealing devices, effectively preventing bullet splash and reducing wear and tear on the seals from components. The remaining sealing layers are made with high-wear-resistant rubber plates.
3. To minimize friction during the descent of pellets, buffer angle irons are uniformly installed on the hopper.
4. To prevent the workpiece from running off course during the feeding process, stoppers are installed at both ends of the roller conveyor. The number of shot blast machines to be activated can be determined based on the size of the workpiece, thereby reducing unnecessary energy waste and minimizing unnecessary damage to the equipment.
5. The ball feeding system employs a special pneumatic ball feeding gate valve and workpiece photoelectric detection to prevent the empty throwing of bullets. Our company uses a compact and lightweight cylinder valve without a base or ear support, which is more stable and reliable than traditional cylinder valves with a base, and is also easy and quick to maintain.
