Information System Integration Qualification

System Integration Qualification refers to the evaluation and certification conducted by the China Information System Integration Industry Association, based on the System Integration Qualification Management Measures and Qualification Grade Evaluation Criteria, of the comprehensive capabilities and levels of enterprises engaged in information system integration and services.

In accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Information Industry's "Administrative Measures for the Qualification Management of Computer Information System Integration (Trial)" (Document No. Xin Bu Gui [1999] 1047), to effectively implement the certification process for computer information system integration qualifications, a specific application procedure for such certification has been established. The certification process for computer information system integration qualifications is conducted according to the principle of separation of certification and approval, with the certification body first certifying and then the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) approving. The MIIT departments in each province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government, and cities listed separately for planning (hereinafter referred to as "provinces/municipalities") should clearly designate a corresponding department as the office for qualification certification, responsible for the day-to-day management of qualification certification in their respective provinces/municipalities.
