Engage in recycling and resource recovery business operations. Within 30 days after obtaining the business license, in accordance with the principle of local administration, file a record with the corresponding commercial administration department of the industrial and commercial administration authorities at the place of registration or with an authorized institution. Legal basis: Article 7 of the "Management Measures for Resource Recovery and Recycling."
