Private School Operating License

The "Operating License" is proof of the qualification for private training schools to operate. All private training schools should strictly comply with relevant regulations, operate according to the address, level, content, and form specified in the "Operating License," and must not buy, rent, or lend the "Operating License." They should not delegate or subcontract the operating qualification and projects to other institutions or individuals, and they must not change the location of operation, nor increase, alter the level, content, or form of operation without authorization.
