Highway Maintenance Qualification
Highway Maintenance Qualification, specifically as follows:
Qualifications are divided into three categories and five levels.
Category 1: Capable of undertaking medium and major repairs for large, extra-large bridges, long, extra-long tunnels, and bridge-tunnels with special and complex structures.
Road maintenance engineering qualifications for Class II roads are divided into Class A and Class B.
Grade A: Can undertake medium and large-scale maintenance projects for roadbeds, road surfaces, medium and small bridges, culverts, medium and short tunnels, landscaping, and facilities along the roads (excluding monitoring, communication, and toll management systems) on primary highways and expressways.
Grade B: Capable of undertaking maintenance and repair projects for the middle and major repairs of roadbeds, road surfaces, medium and small bridges, culverts, medium and short tunnels, landscaping, and related facilities along the roads (excluding monitoring, communication, and toll management systems).
Three categories of highway maintenance engineering qualifications are classified into Class A and Class B.
Grade A: Capable of handling minor repairs and maintenance for expressways, as well as first or second-class highways.
Class B: Capable of handling minor maintenance and repair operations on highways of Class Two and below.
