Design Qualifications
Civil engineering design encompasses the general layout and individual design of residential and general industrial buildings. This includes outdoor engineering design within the red line of the construction land, design of buildings and structures, underground engineering design integrated with urban construction and residential buildings, as well as planning and design for residential areas, factory forecourts, and factory living quarters. It also covers all related design contents included in the above civil engineering projects. The qualification for civil engineering design is divided into three levels: A, B, and C. In remote or economically underdeveloped areas, if it is necessary to establish a D-level design qualification, it must be approved after reporting to the Ministry of Construction through the construction administration authorities of the province, autonomous region, or municipality.
