Business Registration
Establishing a company requires applying for establishment registration with the company registration authority, obtaining a business license to mint seals, opening a bank account, and applying for tax registration. Currently, the company registration authority in our country is the Administration for Market Regulation. Starting from March 1, 2014, the threshold for registering and establishing a company will be lowered. The actual paid-up registered capital system for company capital will be changed to a recognized registration system, and the minimum registered capital limit will be abolished.
