Product Introduction
The complete system components include a vacuum electric heating tank, hydraulic lifting system, heating and cooling systems, vacuum system, electrical control system, and material transfer device. Materials in contact with the material are made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. The heat transfer oil circulates for heating, and the heat exchanger water tank is used for cooling. The tank temperature is 250°C, and the tank pressure is 0.6 MPa.
Section 1: Dual coaxial agitation systems at the top
1) Frame-type wall scraper mixer: Rotates clockwise, equipped with hygienic and non-toxic PTFE blades, the structural design allows for easy manual disassembly, ensuring that the scraper adheres tightly to the tank wall even when material is present; the shaft end seal uses a high-temperature mechanical seal.
2) Inboard blade agitation: Counter-clockwise rotation; the seal between the inner and outer shafts is adopted.

Tank body accessories: inlet, vacuum vent, illuminated sight glass, diaphragm pressure gauge with positive and negative pressure, vent valve, safety valve; exhaust port, temperature sensor, and feeding port.
Two, Vacuum System: Equipped with a water ring vacuum pump, accompanied by a vapor-liquid separator buffer tank, cavitation protection pipe, inlet cooling water valve, and cooling water flow control valve, etc.
Section 3: Hydraulic System: The lifting and lowering of the drum cover is controlled by a hydraulic system, which can stop at any position as desired.
Four, Heating/Cooling Equipment: A complete heating and cooling system consists of an electric oil-heated tank and a cooling unit with a circulating pump for the reactor's heating and cooling.
Fifth, Electrical Control Systems:
The control system utilizes either push-button or C control, paired with a paperless temperature recorder for easy display, recording, and storage of heating temperature curves or tables.
Six, Infeed Device: Utilizes worm gear manual infeed, tilting angle of 95 degrees, easy to operate, and convenient for control.
