Operation Procedure for Wire Rope Swaging Machine
Instructions for Wire Rope Crimping Machine Use:
1. Keep up the good work.
After the sleeve press arrives, first lubricate the sleeve press with brand 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. Avoid using substandard oils.
Fuel quality can affect performance, such as increased noise and slow acceleration and deceleration. Prolonged use of poor-quality oil is prone to damage the oil pump.
Damaging, affecting the lifespan of the oil pump. Oil is added through the filter opening, ensuring no impurities enter the oil tank. The oil should be added to at least...
Level gauge center line.
2. Power Connection:
Then, connect the power supply according to the voltage of the purchased press sleeve machine (380V or 220V).
3. Machine Test
Now you can start using the machine. Before installing the mold, run it up and down a few times to test it out.
Is the circuit functioning properly, and is the machine operating up and down correctly?
4. Mock-up
The mold should be aligned properly, ensuring that the upper and lower mold cavities are perfectly matched. Misalignment is strictly prohibited. If there is misalignment between the upper and lower mold cavities, the pressing operation is not allowed.
The finished aluminum sleeve shows an uneven surface finish, which results in uneven wall thickness of the fixed pipe, leading to stress concentration. This may cause the rope to break under tension.
The pipe failed at the thin-walled section during the tensile test.
