2. Power Connection:

3. Machine Test
Now you can start using the machine. Before installing the mold, run it up and down a few times to test it out.
Is the circuit functioning properly, and is the machine operating both up and down correctly?
4. Mock-up
The mold should be aligned properly, ensuring the upper and lower mold cavities are perfectly matched. Misalignment is strictly prohibited. If there is misalignment between the upper and lower mold cavities, the pressing operation is not allowed.
The finished aluminum sleeve exhibits an uneven surface finish, and such a fixed joint with uneven wall thickness leads to stress concentration, which can cause the hoisting rope to break under tension.
