Application:

The system is suitable for friction pressure machine line transformation. It features microcomputer board control, suspended vibration-proof design, multi-functional striking methods, enabling single, double, and continuous multi-station striking. The striking force can be freely adjusted. It is equipped with a digital display panel, operates simply, offers multi-functional alarm signal indication, and is easy to maintain. It also includes three shock-proof protection functions.

(1) Time-limited Protection Feature: Protects against switch failure before the screw extrusion piercing, preventing piercing.

(2) Limit Protection: Prevents over-pressurization in the event of brake spring breakage.

(3) Limit Switch for Proximity: Divided into upper limit switch, middle limit switch, and lower limit switch. In the working process, if any switch fails, the output of the rising signal can be quickly disconnected, as well as the upward travel of the positioning slider.

The system has been widely adopted, with over 3,000 units modified. It effectively addresses common issues such as shaft deformation, screw thread breakage, and frame and rod fractures caused by the topping of friction pressure machines, reducing maintenance costs for businesses and enhancing production efficiency.
