Compared to traditional low-molecular-weight inorganic salts like ferrous sulfate, crystalline aluminum chloride offers superior performance. 2. Crystalline aluminum chloride for casting is primarily used in the precision casting industry, serving as a substitute for ammonium chloride as a shell hardener for mold casting.
