Disassembly frame

The Threaded Connection Wrench (Assembly Frame) is a practical machine widely used in oil fields and industrial enterprises for the installation and removal of oil casing and other downhole tools. This product features the following:

1. The main clamps are securely fastened using hydraulic cylinders, ensuring reliable clamping performance; they can achieve a tight grip without leaving any marks.

2. The main clamp can rotate continuously 360° in any number of turns; the back clamp is equipped with a left-right movement device.

3. The hydraulic control unit provides power for active drive, with the motor driving the plunger pump. High-pressure oil passes through a manifold valve, controlling the main clamp's forward (reverse) rotation, clamping (releasing), the back clamp's clamping (releasing), and movement (left-right). The control panel features three pressure adjustment knobs for easy pressure regulation.

4. Torque Control System with Automatic Adjustment: After setting the torque value, the signal is measured by a sensor under the back clamp and processed by a computer to automatically generate curves of turns-torque, time-torque, and speed-time. When the torque value is reached during the扣ing process, the overflow valve automatically disengages, stopping the device's rotation. The torque for both扣ing and un扣ing can be measured. The interface can switch freely between English and Chinese, and kilonewtons and foot-pounds can be switched freely.

5. Achieve an automatic deceleration feature as the torque approaches the set torque.
