The Nut Wrench Machine (assembly/disassembly frame) is a practical mechanical device widely used in oil fields and industrial enterprises for the installation and removal of oil casing and other downhole tools' threaded fasteners. This product features the following:

1. The main back clamps are securely fastened with hydraulic cylinders, ensuring reliable clamping performance; they can achieve a痕less clamping.

2. The main clamp can rotate continuously for any number of turns in 360°; the back clamp is equipped with a left-right movement device.

3. The hydraulic control unit provides power for the active drive, with the motor driving the plunger pump. High-pressure oil passes through the manifold valve, controlling the main clamp's forward (reverse) rotation, clamping (releasing), the back clamp's clamping (releasing), and movement (left-right). The control panel features three pressure adjustment knobs for easy pressure regulation.

4. Torque Control System with Automatic Adjustment: After setting the torque value, signals are measured by the sensor beneath the clamp, processed by the computer, and automatically generate the torque-loop, time-torque, and speed-time curves. When the fastening reaches the set torque value, the overflow valve automatically releases pressure, the equipment stops rotating, and both the tightening and loosening torque can be measured. The interface can be freely switched between English and Chinese, and kilo-newtons and foot-pounds can be switched freely.

5. Achieve automatic deceleration when the torque approaches the set torque.
