The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are award-winning products developed and manufactured by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. All direct-contact parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring lightweight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt, non-toxic decomposition, no aging, and high strength, making it a new product of the 1990s. It uses mechanical seals from the UK's Grantham Group, eliminating the leakage issues commonly encountered with domestic seals. Over the years, with thousands of users across the country, it has proven to have a lifespan over ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pumps and valves, and its excellent performance and quality are recognized by users worldwide.
This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can continuously transport liquids of any concentration, including acids, bases, and salts. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, electroplating, and more. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal and new product appraisal by the Jiangsu Provincial Mechanical Industry Department in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Provincial New Product Golden Bull Award. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Exposition.
The shell castings of the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve are produced using investment casting, with the lining made of Fluoride Alloy material. The product boasts a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term operation in strongly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts. The sealing parts also utilize Fluoride Alloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the experts' measurements that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve can be continuously used in any corrosive medium for 2-3 years without the need for maintenance.
The RYB-type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has improved upon the instability and irrational structure of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues like leakage that often occurred during long-term operation at high temperatures. This product features automatic lubrication of the bearings with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual addition of lubricating oil. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology and imports the patented PTFE seal from the United States, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and for over a decade, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users. It has been designated as a matching unit for many domestic boiler groups.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with chemically stable thermoplastic pipes, and integrated into a single entity using advanced scientific technology.
