The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. All contacting parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. They are considered new products in the 1990s internationally. The mechanical seals used are from the UK's Grantham Gland Co., the WB Spoon type, which effectively prevents leakage issues commonly encountered in domestic seals. Over the years, with usage verified by thousands of users nationwide, their lifespan is more than ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pump and valves. Their excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.
This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can transport liquids of any concentration, including acids, alkalis, and salts, over a long period. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, papermaking, and electroplating. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal and new product appraisal by the Jiangsu Provincial Mechanical Industry Department in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Provincial New Product Golden Bull Award. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Exhibition.
The ball valve shell castings for fluorinated alloy lined products are precision cast using the investment casting method, with the lining made of fluorinated alloy materials. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, capable of long-term operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components also utilize fluorinated alloy materials. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the assessment by experts in the same year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, the fluorinated alloy lined ball valve can be continuously used in any corrosive medium for 2 to 3 years without the need for maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product in China, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues such as leakage that often occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features automatic lubrication of the bearings with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual lubrication. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the US patent PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It has been designated as a配套 unit by many domestic boiler groups.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with heat-resistant plastic pipes of excellent chemical stability.
