The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pumps and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valves are gold medal products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. All direct contact parts of the pumps and valves are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. They are considered new products from the 1990s globally. The mechanical seals used are from the UK's Grantham Group, ensuring no leakage issues that are commonly encountered in domestic seals. The ball valve shell castings for fluoroalloy lined ball valves are produced using precision casting with a shell mold, and the lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The RYB-type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product in China, which has improved upon the unstable and unreasonable structures of previous generations, eliminating issues such as leaks that often occurred during long-term operation at high temperatures. This product features automatic lubrication of the bearings with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual lubrication. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the US-patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade.
