The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. All direct contacting parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. These products are considered new in the international market in the 1990s. They are equipped with mechanical seals produced by the UK's Grammer Engineering, eliminating the leakage issues commonly encountered with domestic seals. Over the years, with usage verified by over a thousand users nationwide, their lifespan is more than ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pump and valves. This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can transport any concentration of acidic, alkaline, or saline liquid mediums over long periods. The shell casting of the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve is made using investment casting with a smooth appearance and high strength. It features excellent corrosion resistance and can operate perfectly in strong erosive mediums such as acids, alkalis, and salts for an extended period. The sealing parts also use Fluoride Alloy materials. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the measurements by experts that year and the practical experiences of numerous users over the years, the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any erosive medium without the need for maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues such as frequent leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features an automatic lubrication bearing with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual lubrication. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. Operating temperature ≤ 350°C, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated supplier for many domestic boiler groups.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes with a lining of high chemical stability thermoplastic pipes, fused together using advanced scientific technology. They are a transformative corrosion-resistant pipeline.
