Product Description

This product is based on high weather-resistant acrylic emulsion and hydrophilic isocyanate as the main film-forming substances.

Incorporate additives that absorb infrared and ultraviolet radiation, thereby reducing ground temperature and mitigating the urban heat island effect.

After coating, this product can effectively reduce the temperature range of colored road surfaces by 4-6 degrees Celsius under the same sunlight and environmental temperature, enhancing walking comfort.

The coating contains abrasion-resistant silicon micro powder and highly pure barium sulfate with better weather resistance and radiation resistance.

After adding the hardener, the material can fully cure and be opened to traffic within 3-5 hours, aiming to minimize construction time.

In applications requiring the reduction of ground surface temperature and mitigation of heat island effect, water-based SP colored anti-slip pavement offers a safe and reliable solution.

Advantages

1. Odorless during installation; safe and environmentally friendly.

2. Fast curing speed, open to traffic in about 3-5 hours. The cured coating offers both surface hardness and excellent tensile properties. The surface hardness of the cured coating is Mohs hardness 7, the tensile strength is 6Mpa, and the compressive strength is 25Mpa.

3. Bright and varied colors with a high degree of surface gloss.

4. Easy installation. Simply apply one coat by hand, then spray the anti-slip coating using the recommended sprayer.

Construction

1. Clean the road surface and apply masking tape and protective film along the edges.

2. Mechanical spraying or manual brushing of facial cleansers.

3. Apply or scrape a flexible primer coat.

4. After the base coat cures for 4 hours at 25°C, apply the anti-slip abrasion-resistant layer.

5. Spray or roll-on surface protective agents.

Concrete and steel plate are the base materials.

Base Coat: 0.2 kg/sq. meter

2. Flexible Bottom Adhesive Structure Layer: 1.6 kg/sq. meter

3. Anti-slip abrasion layer: 0.8 kg/sq. meter

Base material is asphalt pavement

Flexible Bottom Adhesive Structure Layer: 2 kg/square meter

2. Anti-slip Abrasion Layer: 0.8 kg/sq. meter

Packaging Specifications

1. Base Coat - 15kg per drum

2. Flexible Bottom Adhesive, 25kg per drum

3. Non-slip abrasion-resistant rubber, 25kg per drum

Storage

All components should be stored in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, in compliance with on-site safety and regulations. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C, and keep away from open flames and food.

Under proper storage conditions, stored in sealed drums, shelf life is 12 months. If the product is stored beyond the 12-month shelf life, please contact the relevant department at Makelou before use.
