Product Description

This product is an environmentally friendly coating based on modified MMA (methyl methacrylate resin). The main film-forming substances are copolymers of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl methacrylate (MBA). Under the action of an oxidation-reduction reaction system, free radicals are activated to achieve a curing process of chain growth and chain termination.

MMA two-component scraping line marking is a two-component coating primarily made of methyl methacrylate, suitable for marking coatings in public places such as roads, parking lots, and airports. It boasts high durability, resistance to aging, anti-slip properties, and environmental friendliness, making it one of the more widely used road marking materials on the market.

Base materials include concrete, tiles, marble, and steel plates.

1. Prime Coat: 0.2 kg/sq. meter

2. Line Marking Paint: 3kg/square meter

Base material is asphalt pavement

Stripe Paint: 4-5 kg/sq. meter

Storage

All components should be stored in a cool, dry environment, out of direct sunlight, in compliance with relevant construction site safety and regulations. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C, and keep away from open flames and food.

Under proper storage conditions, stored in a sealed drum, shelf life is 12 months. If the product is stored beyond the 12-month shelf life, please contact Mico Road's relevant department before use.
