The product features a low local discharge. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing full encapsulation and interlayer impregnation for the resin insulation. The casting exhibits a dense curing structure, is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly. The insulating materials like glass fiber used in the winding coils have self-extinguishing properties, preventing arcs due to short circuits, and the resin does not emit toxic gases under high temperatures.High mechanical strength 

High mechanical strengthFilled resin reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion variation within the casting body, minimizes the curing shrinkage rate and internal stress, and results in a high hardness of the cured material. Inside and outside the high and low-voltage coil's epoxy resin encapsulation layer, pre-formed reinforcing materials are placed, creating a dense structure akin to reinforced concrete. Consequently, the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin and can withstand sudden short-circuit electromagnetic forces without damage.
