The VHX-1000 3D Ultra-Depth of Field Microscopy System offers precise measurement: under a 10X objective, both 2D and 3D measurement accuracy reaches 2 micrometers; under a 20X and 50X objective, the accuracy is up to 1 micrometer.

The Micro 3D Ultra-Depth of Field Camera combines high integration and flexibility. It's easy to operate, with all functions accessible via the mouse.
