Small Handle Lateral Bellows Compensator, also known as Small Handle Lateral Type Expansion Joint or Small Handle Lateral Compensator, is designed to compensate for both lateral displacement and angular displacement of curved pipe sections, as well as axial displacement. It is used to compensate for the lateral and angular displacements of bending pipes, as well as axial displacement.
The small handwheel lateral bellows compensator is composed of two bellows sections, a middle connecting pipe, and a small handwheel with limiting nuts. It is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or SUS304 material and manufactured using a multi-layer hydraulic molding process. It can compensate for composite displacements in axial, angular, lateral, and all directions. The small handwheel cannot withstand internal pressure thrust. For example, 0.6XLB500FB-1500 indicates a nominal diameter of 500mm, working pressure of 0.6MPa, length of 1500mm, and a stainless steel flange-connected small handwheel lateral bellows compensator.
The small handle lateral corrugated compensator can not only compensate for the lateral and angular displacements of the bent pipeline but also for the axial displacement. The axial compensation amount and lateral compensation amount (X0, Y0) listed in the sample are used separately as the upper limits for axial or lateral compensation. In such cases, the following relationship should be met separately:
X1≤Xo Y1≤Y
X1 and Y1 are the actual values used individually for axial or lateral compensation. When both axial displacement and lateral displacement are present in the compensator, the selection of the two compensation amounts (X1, Y1) should satisfy the following relationship:
