The universal joint expansion joint features a universal ring with two pairs of hinges arranged perpendicularly around it. This allows it to absorb angular displacement in any plane. When used to absorb displacement regularly, it should be combined with two or three units. It is suitable for power plant boiler conveying pipelines, absorbing the downward thermal expansion and lateral expansion of the boiler furnace, as well as the thermal displacement of the conveying pipeline.

The universal joint-type expansion energy-saving hinge absorbs displacement in any direction, including axial displacement X and lateral displacement Y, and should meet X≤XO, Y≤YO. The axial compensation listed in the parameter table is mainly for compression displacement, used to compensate for angular displacement within any plane of the pipeline. It is generally installed on horizontal or vertical powder feeding pipes at the burner inlet. The specification range is DN200 to DN600. For specifications outside this range, please place an additional order with the manufacturer.
