Direct-burial bellows expansion joints are used for buried thermal pipelines. The bellows at both ends are connected to the outer pipe and the passage pipe, capable of absorbing significant pipeline displacement.
Our manufactured buried bellows expansion joints offer excellent self-sealing protection and can be directly buried underground with limited-setting devices, eliminating the need for a well. Within the main fixed pipe架, it allows for the installation of more than two compensators, reducing the need for additional fixed supports, and possesses good guiding properties, facilitating construction and installation.

Installation Precautions for Direct-Buried Bellows Expansion Joints:

1. To enable the buried bellows expansion joint to function as a compensator, fixed supports are installed at both ends to prevent the pipeline from being externally stretched due to internal pressure thrust.

2. The end of the buried bellows expansion joint (referring to the buried type compensator for one-way compensation) should be close to the fixed bracket at one end, and the pipeline should be compensated using the compensator's movable head.

3. Set the distance between the two fixed supports based on the compensation amount, which is generally not greater than the pipe diameter.

During the pressure test, the buried bellows expansion joint must not exhibit any stretching.
