Duct butterfly valves, also known as smoke damper doors, are used in the smoke and air duct system to cut off media. They feature full open and full close functions, operate reliably, and upon closure, ensure no medium leakage into the pipeline. For conveying non-corrosive or slightly corrosive smoke media, carbon steel material can be used for the duct butterfly valve. For conveying corrosive smoke media, stainless steel material is recommended.
Technical specifications of the smoke damper door:
a. Product Model: W×H×L
b. Applicable Medium: Cold air, hot air, flue gas, or dust-laden exhaust gas.
c. Temperature Resistance: ≤400℃
d. Design pressure-bearing capacity: 0.1 MPa.
e. Adjustability: Linear adjustment of opening and flow.
f. Drive Method: Typically, an electric actuator.
g. Power and control requirements: User selectable.
