Hengchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional organization in China dedicated to the recycling of waste resources (waste plastics, waste rubber, aluminum-plastic, circuit boards, waste engine oil). Located in Shangqiu, Henan, the company boasts convenient transportation and rapid economic development. After years of technical research and development, we have developed intermittent, semi-continuous, and 24-hour full-continuous pyrolysis equipment. We are also equipped with a complete desulfurization and denitrification system, an on-line monitoring dust removal system, and a carbon black vacuum wind conveying collection system.
Batch cracking equipment can process up to 5-15 tons per day. Fully automatic continuous cracking equipment can handle 20-100 tons per day, with compliant emissions. The company's small skid-mounted (1-3 tons) cracking and distillation equipment are easy to operate. The distillation equipment, equipped with an automatic PLC or DCS control system, achieves continuous operation with a daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons.

2. Equipment for raw material processing
Scrap tires (including tires and rim of various machinery); scrap rubber, soles, inner tubes, common cable sheaths, bicycle and motorcycle tires; scrap plastic; scrap PMMA acrylic plates, PE, PP, PS (high price, usually used for granulated plastic) and various scrap nylon products. PVC and PET are not suitable; aluminum-plastic; oil sludge, etc., hazardous waste.

Process Flow
Feed System: Waste tires, plastic, and oil sludge materials, achieved mechanical feeding through hydraulic feeders, saving labor and time.
Cracking Furnace System: Utilizes 15CrMo or Q345R or stainless steel composite plates to meet the varying cracking temperatures for different raw materials.
Cooling System: Features a dual-inlet and dual-outlet integrated cooling system with a cooling area of up to 90 square meters, capable of meeting the daily processing demand of 15 tons of raw materials.
Safety System: Equipped with a double water seal system, fire arrester, explosion-proof valve, and electrical cabinet alarm device, ensuring safer system operation.
Dust Removal System: Equipped with desulfurization, denitrification, and electrostatic dust removal systems to meet local smoke exhaust standards and environmental protection requirements.
Vacuum Adsorption System: The negative pressure adsorption system equipped in the system ensures a more airtight and clean carbon black output, reducing dust pollution.
