Hengze Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a domestic professional institution engaged in the recycling of waste resources (waste plastics, waste rubber, aluminum-plastic, circuit boards, waste engine oil) in China. Located in Shangqiu, Henan, the company benefits from convenient transportation and rapid economic development. After years of technical breakthroughs, we have developed intermittent, semi-continuous, and 24-hour full-continuous pyrolysis equipment, complete with desulfurization and denitrification systems and on-line dust monitoring systems, as well as carbon black vacuum air conveyance and collection systems.
Batch cracking equipment can process up to 5-15 tons per day. Fully automatic continuous cracking equipment can handle 20-100 tons per day, with equipment meeting emission standards. The company's small skid-mounted (1-3 tons) cracking equipment and distillation units are easy to operate. The distillation units, equipped with an automatic PLC or DCS control system, achieve continuous operation with a daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons.

The domestic market has reached Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Fujian, and more, while the international market has exported to the United States, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium, and various other European regions, as well as over 20 countries in South America, Africa, and India/Pakistan.
2. Equipment for processing raw materials
Used tires (including tires and rim for various machinery); scrap rubber, soles, inner tubes, ordinary cable sheaths, bicycle and motorcycle tires; scrap plastic; scrap acrylic plates (PMMA), PE, PP, PS (high price, generally used for granulated plastics) and various scrap nylon products. PVC and PET are not suitable; aluminum-plastic; sludge and other hazardous waste.

Process Flow
Feeding System: Waste tires, plastic, and sludge raw materials, fed mechanically through a hydraulic feeding machine, saving labor and time.
Cracking Main Vessel System: Utilizes 15CrMo or Q345R or composite stainless steel plates to meet the varying cracking temperatures required for different raw materials.
Cooling System: Equipped with a dual-inlet and dual-outlet integrated cooling tank system, boasting a cooling area of up to 90 square meters, capable of meeting the daily processing requirement of 15 tons of raw materials.
Safety System: Equipped with a double water-seal system, fire arrester, explosion-proof valve, and distribution panel alarm device for enhanced operational safety.
Dust Removal System: Equipped with desulfurization, denitrification, and electrostatic dust removal systems in accordance with varying exhaust gas policies across different regions, to ensure the flue gas meets emission standards and complies with environmental protection requirements.
Vacuum Adsorption System: The negative pressure adsorption system equipped in the system ensures the carbon black is more sealed and clean, thereby reducing dust pollution.
