The ZGZS500 gas pipeline fire suppression and explosion relief device is installed in the pipeline of a coal mine gas drainage system. It is mainly composed of a water seal drum, an explosion relief drum, explosion relief components, and a mine liquid level monitoring device.
The water seal device is a safety equipment for pipeline gas transmission, which uses water seal to extinguish flames and prevent fire, and releases explosion pressure through explosion relief components to control the pipeline gas explosion within a certain range. It is a component of the safety assurance system for low-concentration gas pipeline transmission in coal mines.
The flame arrester and explosion relief device is installed on the gas drainage system pipeline. Under normal gas transportation conditions, the gas flows from the intake end through the flame arrester and explosion relief device to the exhaust end. When an explosion or combustion occurs in the gas pipeline at the exhaust end, the shock wave from the explosion causes the explosion relief components to burst, releasing the explosion pressure; at the same time, the sealing water acts to extinguish flames and prevent combustion, blocking the transmission of the explosion wave or flame to the intake end pipeline, protecting the lower pipeline and auxiliary equipment, and preventing the accident from escalating further.
The water-seal fire suppression and explosion relief device utilizes the ZYC660 mining liquid level monitoring device for level monitoring and automatic control. When the water level exceeds the normal operating level, the device will emit an alarm signal, and simultaneously automatically control the replenishment or drainage of the device, ensuring the water level remains stably at the normal operating level over the long term.
