Function Overview
The ZYBG gas pipeline automatic powder suppression and explosion suppression device is installed on pipelines with risks of gas and dust combustion or explosion. In the event of a fire or explosion, the device can identify signals from flame and pressure sensors, and through the controller, instantly send control signals to trigger the explosion suppression unit.
Rapidly discharge ABC ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguisher to extinguish initial flames from combustion or explosion, halting the fire or explosion at its source.
The device is used in environments with the risk of gas and dust combustion or explosion, suitable for gas drainage pipelines on both the surface and underground of coal mines.

Technical Advantages
1. Sensor response time is less than 1ms, and controller response time is also less than 1ms, both at industry standards.
2. Flame sensors and pressure sensors are made of stainless steel. These sensors are installed inside the gas pipeline. Carbon steel is prone to corrosion, which requires stopping the pump for equipment replacement or cleaning, affecting production. Stainless steel effectively extends the service life and enhances operational stability.
3. The controller features an RS485 physical communication interface, enabling smart mining capabilities. It can receive and feedback relevant data (sensors, dust detection) based on communication protocols; the flame sensor is equipped with window contamination detection functionality, which can feed back to the controller via RS485 communication signals.
4. Equipped with 1 sound and light alarm, it can emit both "sound" and "light" alarm signals upon failure or operation, eliminating the risk of human patrol oversight.
