Main Application
This machine is a general-purpose ultra-fine mill suitable for the pulverization of inorganic and organic materials, widely used in industries such as chemicals, dyes, additives, feed, non-metallic minerals, and non-ferrous metals. It is particularly suitable for materials with high toughness, fibrous nature, and moisture content (materials with high toughness, fibrous nature, and moisture content), as well as thermosensitive materials (such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.).
Operating Principle
The crushing rotor consists of several horizontal disks and vertical blades, forming numerous interlaced crushing chambers with elastic air inside. Due to the impact of the airflow, the crushing chambers on the rotor produce slight vibrations. This results in the emission of ultrasonic audible waves at 140 decibels within the chamber and a local pressure difference of 0.025 atmospheres, creating supersonic jets and vortices that promote the mutual friction and impact of materials, turning them into fine powder. The specially designed rotor is equipped with two fans: the lower fan, which generates high-speed airflow, is primarily used for suction and pre-acceleration of materials, while the upper fan is the main fan for external material conveyance. The rotor has a multi-layered blade holder that can be fitted with interchangeable high-speed blades. The stator is lined with a sawtooth-shaped lining, and an overflow pipe is installed above the machine body. Unqualified particles can be returned to the feed port after being sorted by a grading rod, where they are re-crushed.
