1. Working Principle
Material added to the top of the upper housing is quickly broken up by the pre-crushing blades on the top of the rotor, scattered to the four walls of the stator, and enters the crushing zone formed by the rotor and stator. The large amount of airflow generated by the ultra-high-speed rotation of the rotor is influenced by the rotating and stationary components within the machine and is properly guided, transforming into countless swirling vortices. These numerous air vortices in the crushing zone propel the material, accelerating it to a speed comparable to the airflow. Subsequently, the direction and speed of these materials change instantaneously, colliding with each other in the high-speed airflow to achieve ideal fragmentation; only a small portion of the particles are细化 through collisions with the moving and stationary components within the machine. Throughout their entire stay inside, the material particles are surrounded by the airflow, thus the heat inevitably produced during the ultra-fine grinding process is carried away by the airflow acting as the grinding medium. This crushing principle makes the HWV cyclone mill particularly suitable for both grinding and drying operations.
2. Equipment Features
① Utilizing conical rotors and stators, the gap between the rotor and stator can be adjusted by lifting or lowering the upper housing (stator) to control product fineness and output. The gap adjustment range is 0-5mm.
② The rotor is made with a special, imported from Europe.High-strength steelHigh-hardness, wear-resistant castings.Rotor outer end line speed reachesOver 125 meters per second, with features such as long service life.
③ The box discharge using computer-aided design is more smooth, with reduced noise. It significantly reduces the adhesion of fine particles to the wall when handling sticky and cohesive materials.
④ High air volume treatment, low temperature rise during crushing, especially suitable for thermoplastic and fibrous materials, with uniform particle size.
⑤ Optional fan blades can be added below the rotor to increase air flow.
⑥ Easy to repair, operate, and clean.
