1. Working Principle
The machine is primarily composed of parts such as the feeding hopper, upper and lower bodies, rotor, hammer blades, sieve, frame, and discharge outlet. When the shredder is in operation, the motor drives the main shaft, or rotor.(The rotor is evenly distributed with several hammers around it.)High-speed rotation. The compact structure of the crushing zone, formed by the hammer blades and stator, causes the incoming material to be tightly abraded and strongly impacted against the hammer blades in the rotating air stream, and then re-grinded between the hammer blades and stator. During this process, the rotor draws in a large volume of air, serving to cool the machine, grind the material, and convey the fine powder. The fineness of the material crushing depends on the properties of the material, the size of the screen mesh, and the volume of air passing through the material.
2. Equipment Features
This machine features a compact and rational structure, small size, low energy consumption, high efficiency, smooth transmission, low noise, reliable sealing, good self-cooling function, easy installation and maintenance, easy disassembly, repair, and replacement of wearing parts.
