KW400Fracturing Head Lubricant is made from inorganic thickeners, thickened synthetic base oil, with added functional and solid lubricants, processed through a special technology. It effectively protects the fracturing head sealing materials under acidic fracturing conditions, reduces wear on the sealing materials, extends the aging time of the sealing materials, minimizes leaks, and extends the maintenance interval for critical valves; exhibits good lubricating properties at low temperatures, enabling sensitive valve operation; and maintains excellent oxidation stability at high temperatures.
KW400 protective fracturing head grease is made of inorganic thickener, thickened synthetic base oil, added functional and solid lubricants, and processed through a special process. Under acid fracturing conditions, it can well protect the fracturing head sealing material, reduce the wear of the sealing material, extend the aging time of the sealing material, reduce leakage, and extend the maintenance interval of key valves; under low temperature conditions, it has good lubrication performance. It can make the valve operation sensitive; under high temperature conditions, it has good high temperature oxidation stability.
