产品描述 Description

KW400防护压裂头润滑脂由无机稠化剂，稠化合成基础油，并添加功能和固体润滑剂，经专 用工艺加工制成。在酸化压裂条件下能够很好的保护压裂头密封材料，减低密封材料的磨损，延长密封材料的老化时间，减少泄露，以延长关键阀门维修间隔；低温条件下，具有良好的润滑性能，能够使阀门操作灵敏；高温条件下，高温氧化安定性好。

KW400 protective fracturing head grease is made of inorganic thickener, thickened synthetic base oil, added functional and solid lubricants, and processed through a special process. Under acid fracturing conditions, it can well protect the fracturing head sealing material, reduce the wear of the sealing material, extend the aging time of the sealing material, reduce leakage, and extend the maintenance interval of key valves; under low temperature conditions, it has good lubrication performance. It can make the valve operation sensitive; under high temperature conditions, it has good high temperature oxidation stability.
