Application Range
Primarily used for rapid, high-quality sintering and hot-press sintering of materials such as metal-ceramic, composite ceramic, nanophase materials, gradient functional materials, refractory materials, mesoporous nanothermal electric materials, alloy glass non-equilibrium state materials, and biological materials. A sintering furnace is a device that uses sintering to obtain the required physical, mechanical properties, and microstructure of compacted powders.

4. Utilizing SGM.TR series ultra-high temperature sensors for contact-based measurement of furnace temperature, contact measurement, wide measurement range of 50/2200°C, no temperature blind spots.
Three, the furnace body is made of high-quality carbon steel焊接, with a sleek appearance achieved through electrostatic spraying technology; the design of the furnace door is in the front of the furnace body, featuring quick-release bolts for easy operation; the top of the furnace body is a flange structure, mainly used for installing the heating element. The upper cover of the furnace body is equipped with a circulating cooling water system to lower the environmental temperature at the cold end of the heating element. The lower part of the furnace body houses the temperature control system; the right side of the furnace body is designed for vacuum extraction, connecting to a vacuum pump.
