This furnace mainly consists of the furnace body, furnace pot, trolley, charging car, push-pull feeding mechanism, and power control cabinet. The furnace lining is made of full fiber, offering excellent insulation properties. The heating chamber is equipped with a trolley, which is driven by a cycloidal pinion reducer to move its wheel. The trolley is fitted with a furnace pot made of stainless steel material, containing a small charging cart. The feeding and unloading of the material cart into the furnace pot is done by the push-pull feeding mechanism. The furnace pot and its lid are sealed with rubber sealing rings, and a cooling water jacket is installed on the furnace flange to protect the sealing rings. The furnace pot is manually opened and equipped with an explosion-proof device to prevent gas thermal expansion during operation. Additionally, it includes a protective gas inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, and vacuum unit (comprising a vacuum pump and vacuum piping).

The trolley-type vacuum bright annealing furnace is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature cast steel furnace bottom plate on the trolley, on which a vacuum furnace pot is placed for workpiece placement. To prevent the oxidation scale produced by the workpiece after heating from falling into the space between the furnace bottom plates and damaging the heating elements, the contact area between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body uses an insert-type contact. To ensure normal operation, it is necessary to frequently blow away the oxidation scale beneath the trolley furnace bottom plate, typically once a week. During the cleaning, lift the furnace bottom plate, use compressed air to blow away the oxidation scale particles from the resistor wire slots, and be cautious to prevent the oxidation scale from causing a short circuit by getting stuck inside the furnace wires.
The furnace door is mounted on a trolley, integrated with the furnace drum, utilizing a trolley-powered clamping mechanism. This structure's clamping device ensures there is no friction between the fiber plane on the furnace door and the cotton at the furnace mouth, and features a limit device to control the travel, boasting excellent safety performance and a long service life.
