Features of the well-type gas carburizing furnace structure:
A well-type gas carburizing furnace is mainly composed of the furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, heat-resistant steel, furnace cover, cover lifting mechanism/hydraulic system, hot air circulation and cooling system, internal atmosphere control system, intelligent/programmed control system, etc.
1. The furnace shell is made by rolling steel plates into a circular shape and then welded together, with the bottom reinforced and welded using channel steel. The furnace chamber is constructed using arched lightweight stepped bricks.
2. The heating element is wound into a spiral shape and placed on the hearth brick inside the furnace.
3. Fill the space between the furnace chamber and shell with ceramic fiber insulation material.
4. Place the furnace pots and material boxes in the center, fit the furnace lids on top of the pots, secure them with bolts and lifting ring nuts, and seal them with high-temperature ceramic fiber rope.
5. The hot air circulation fan is mounted on the furnace cover, with the fan shaft extending through the cover into the furnace pot. It is equipped with high-temperature stainless steel blades to ensure uniform atmosphere inside the furnace. To enhance the sealing performance, the fan shaft features a water-cooled oil seal structure. The furnace cover is equipped with a triple-head dripper, which uses organic liquids for dripping.
